Hello and thanks for your interest in ALL BY MYSELF, the four song CD sampler by
Dwight F.Ferren that is now available for your purchase/review.

The music is reminiscent of
The Beatles, Stones, Don Henley and Elton John, mixed
with the rougher edge of
ZZ Top, Aerosmith, and Bob Seger. Throw in the Jeff Beck
influence on the last cut which is an instrumental and you get the idea.

Dwight has been involved in music for many years including a stint as guitarist with
Steven
Tyler
of Aerosmith. In fact you can hear Mr. Tyler dedicate the song I AINT GOT
YOU by
The Yardbirds "FOR ALL NIGHT DWIGHT" on the Aerosmith album
LIVE BOOTLEG released in October of 1978 on Columbia Records. (See
http://www.lestension.com/ for more detailed information.)

Although
ALL BY MYSELF is a compilation of only four songs (three with lyrics, one
instrumental) Dwight is quick to emphasize quality over quantity. "I don't want to waste
anyone's time with a bunch of "B" sides, He said. Sure, I've got 'em. There's probably
some gems there, but I've put my heart into these four to start with and am certain they
can make you Rock, Laugh, Think, Reminisce, and Relax."

Dwight's unique talent is his ability to wear many different musical hats. On
ALL BY
MYSELF
he wrote*, arranged, performed, produced, engineered and recorded ALL of
what you hear. The guitars, vocals, keyboards, bass, and drums were all recorded in a
very modest studio located in his home near Aspen, Colorado.

"This isn't the whole shebang," says Dwight. " I have lots more songs. In fact Volume II
tentatively titled "STILL BY MYSELF" (imagine that!) has some songs "in the can"
already. They're just not mixed and mastered yet"
